We survey the slab, measure heights and review the services above the ceiling: ducting, lighting, sprinklers and cabling that the design must accommodate.
Ceiling levels, designs, materials and the reflected ceiling plan are developed, with light fittings, diffusers and detectors positioned deliberately rather than wherever the services happen to land.
Layouts, sections and material samples are approved before work begins, coordinated with the MEP contractors where the project involves them.
